What is the difference between the single ministry license and the churchwide license?

Answer/Resolution

The single ministry license allows you to install Envision on as many computers as necessary to support the same ministry or department within your church.  For example, if you purchase this license for your youth ministry, you are allowed to install the program on your office computer and also on your home computer.  You may also have a need to install on another computer or laptop in order to take roll on-site at your youth service.  This is covered under the single ministry license.  Under this license, you may not install on other computers for use in other ministries.  For instance, if you purchased Envision for your youth ministry, you may not also use it for your Sunday School department or Singles ministry.

When you operate under the single ministry license, you'll need to get a different unlock code from Suberspace Technologies for each new computer you install on.  This is because each new computer will generate a different user number.  The user number from your computer must be used in order to generate the matching unlock code that will take it out of trial mode.  The user number and unlock code go together like a unique lock and key.  Simply use the e-mail us page on this website to describe your situation.  Please do not forget to include the user number(s) from each computer you wish to activate on.

The churchwide license allows you to use Envision on as many computers as necessary to support any and all ministries within your church.  You can use it for the church as a whole, or you can use it separately for different departments such as youth, children, cell groups, etc.
