How do I print a list of visitors I had on a certain date?

Answer/Resolution

On the Reports page, click the Visitors List in the left-hand select box.  In the filters section, there is a date field labeled "First Attended".  This filter can be used in the following ways:

• If you want to see only a list of first-time visitors for a certain date, enter the date of that attendance record.  In other words, if you created an attendance record on the Service Info page with a date of 12/14/04 and there were three new visitors that day, then enter the same date here to return a list of these three people.
   
• To see a list of every visitor in the database, regardless of the date they first attended, leave this field blank.
