How do I change the date on a service record when I enter attendance?


Answer/Resolution

By default, Envision assumes you are adding a service or meeting once a week.  So when you click the Add Service button on the Service Info page, the program looks up the most recent attendance record and adds 7 days to that date.

You can change this date by clicking on the date, deleting the value, and entering your own.  In this way, you can record attendance for more than one type of meeting.  For example, a weekly church service and also a Friday night Bible study.
