I've checked off the "Phone Call" box for a visitor.  Why is that visitor still listed as needing attention?

Answer/Resolution

Every pastor has a different way of following up on visitors.  Some send a letter and make a phone call.  Others just send a letter, etc.  Envision lets you specifiy what steps need to be done before they are taken off the "Needing Attention" list.  Go to the Tools>>Options menu to specify these and other options.
